Back Office Executive – Computer Hardware & Networking Products

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle administrative and operational tasks related to computer hardware and networking products. The role involves data management, order processing, coordination with vendors, and technical documentation support.
Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain records of inventory, sales, and purchase transactions related to hardware and networking products.
Order Processing: Manage orders, invoices, and coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to ensure stock availability and track shipments.
Technical Support (Non-Customer Facing): Assist in updating product catalogs, specifications, and troubleshooting documentation.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking as required.
Reports & MIS: Generate reports related to sales, purchases, and inventory for management review.
Customer Support (Back-End): Handle email inquiries, process return requests, and manage warranty claims.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and networking devices
Strong data management and organizational skills
Experience with ERP or inventory management software (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a back-office role, preferably in IT hardware or networking industry
